Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Secure Shipping & Handling
To ensure your artwork arrives in gallery condition, we use professional-grade archival packaging and heavy-duty shipping containers.
- Insured Delivery: All original artwork is shipped with full-value insurance.
- Signature Required: For the protection of both the artist and the collector, all shipments valued over $100 require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for payment verification and professional packaging before your order is dispatched.
2. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or “change of mind” refunds. We encourage you to review photos and descriptions carefully. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Damage in Transit
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, you must follow these steps to be eligible for an insurance claim and resolution:
- Report Within 48 Hours: Contact us via our Contact the Artist link within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.
- Provide Documentation: You must provide clear photos of the external damage to the box, the shipping label, and the damage to the artwork itself.
- Retain Packaging: Do not discard the shipping box or packaging. The carrier may require a physical inspection to approve the insurance claim. Failure to report damage within 48 hours or disposal of the original packaging may void the insurance claim and result in a denied refund.
